Terms and Conditions

Our returns policy is simple. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to refund or exchange it for you. Please return the goods to the address in the contact us section follow the instructions, please note that return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Goods must be returned in an unused, resellable condition and in the original packaging. Shoebox's must be unmarked and placed inside a postage bag or box when been returned, if not the item will be refused and returned to the customer.

Customers have 14 days after receiving their order to return the goods. Exceptions can be arranged during holiday periods or if the order is a gift, please contact our customer services team for clarification at.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely so we recommend using a tracked service. Running Needs will not be liable for any returns lost in transit back to us.

Refunds will be for the cost of the goods only and will be processed asap upon receipt of returned goods.


Should you need to exchange an item for a different size or style follow the returns process (Under Returns). include what products you would like to exchange for and size.  Payment for re-shipping charge will be required before the exchange is dispatched. If any products are unavailable, customers will be notified by email.

Return of Faulty Goods:

Running Needs will endeavour to ensure that all goods purchased arrive in perfect condition. In the event that this does not happen, please email upon receipt of the goods and we will arrange a replacement for the faulty product or refund upon return if required.

If you believe a product to have a manufacturing fault please return the product to us with a note stating the issue. If we deem the product to have a manufacturing fault, we will offer the customer an exchange for a new product or offer a refund.

Order Cancellation:

Should you wish to cancel your order prior to receipt of goods, please contact us by email at as soon as possible. Bear in mind we aim to dispatch orders ASAP. If the order has already been dispatched and the customer still wishes to cancel, the return cost of the package will be that of the customer.
